By creating an account or using Touch & Tell you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. Touch & Tell is designed for consenting adult couples.
Consent and wellbeing
Every activity is optional. Both partners should agree, and either may pause or stop at any time. Use your own judgement about safety and health.
Your account and content
Keep your login secure. You own what you create; you give us permission to store and show it to you and your linked partner so the app works. Don't upload illegal, abusive or non-consensual content.
Subscriptions
- Premium and Premium Plus are billed through Google Play in GBP at the price shown before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time in Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
AI features
AI suggestions are generated automatically and may be imperfect; use them at your discretion.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
