Touch & Tell ("we", "us") is an intimacy game for consenting adult couples. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Who can use Touch & Tell
The app is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Data we collect
- Account details: email address and sign-in method (email or Google).
- Profile details you enter: names, anniversary date and introduction answers.
- Content you create: Daily Spark answers, calendar dates, coupons, desires, challenges, playlists, messages and voice capsules.
- Subscription status from Google Play (we never see your card details).
- Notification tokens so we can send the alerts you turn on.
- Basic diagnostics such as error reports to keep the app working.
How we use it
Only to run the app: saving your progress, syncing with your linked partner, sending the notifications you choose, generating AI suggestions you request, and verifying your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Sharing with your partner
When you link accounts, items you choose to share are visible to your partner. Private items, such as private desires and unmatched Blind Desire picks, are never revealed.
Service providers
- Secure cloud hosting and database storage.
- Google (sign-in and Google Play Billing).
- AI providers for features you request (text, artwork and voice), without your email.
- Browser and device push notification services.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and protected by per-account access rules. We keep your data while your account exists and erase it when you delete your account.
Your rights
You can view and edit your details in the app, and delete your account and all data at any time in Profile → Subscription & privacy, or at /delete-account. UK/EU users may also request access or correction by email.
